Since pets are allowed to stay there it would be nice if there was a grassy area for pet to relieve them selves on instead of rocks

Friday night October 11th, was uncomfortable with guest talking loud in hallway and slamming doors up through 2:00am

Hyatt Place at Dewey Beach is conveniently located across the highway from the beach. Dog-friendly. Kid-friendly. Clean. Good food options nearby (Grotto pizza) and good restaurants a short drive to Bethany Beach. Only drawbacks were the gym (lop-sided Peleton) and location near poorly lighted indoor pool. Laundry room needs to be kept clean, too. That aside, I would stay here again.

Nice location and well kept property right on the Bay with the ocean a few minutes away. And dog friendly.
Housekeeping could be more attentive when specifically requesting the room be cleaned in the morning when we were out, which did not happen two of three days. Otherwise the room was serviced well.

Great place for families and very dog friendly. Every night the hotel has great activities. It’s our second time staying.
