Wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed at this lovely well-appointed condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was near many places within walking distance and the views were spectacular. Easy to communicate with the host and we were able to bring our children (fur babies) with us which was what we wanted. We will definitely be going back soon!!

We loved this place! Decor was sophisticated and elegant. Lots of space for two couples and a dog. Fully equipped kitchen - we all love to cook! Private and walking distance to many restaurants. We especially loved the view of the bay and the ocean from the deck!

What a great getaway! We’ve vacationed in DB for years and just love this town. The condo is comfy, super clean, and nicely furnished. Balcony makes all the difference for functionality. Pool is a nice treat after the beach. Property owners aim to please and were extremely responsive to our requests and questions.

Perfect place
This property was perfect for our trip in every way. The property itself was great. Wonderful accommodations, very clean, perfectly located. I parked my car and never had to move it once. Walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants and the trolley to Rehoboth stopped directly outside. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. The only issue someone may have is that the bar across the street has nightly bands playing and they can be heard clearly in the master bedroom. I was ok because they ended at 11 most nights but on Thursday it was 1:30am. I’m a reader so I read through it until it was over. Otherwise everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

All 4 of us are in our 70's, with one person being disabled.First, the GOOD STUFF, mixed with a few issues. The condo was nice, maybe too many knick-knacks and furniture! Loved the shower chair! Very comfortable beds. Loved the small balcony! Sunsets and people watching were amazing!! The music was fine.! A lot of very lengthly, noisey deliveries most of day. Access to pool was terrific! We all enjoy cooking/grilling, therefore we'd brought a good amount of food. There was NO PLACE to store anything. We had to use the island counter and that eliminated most of prep space. All of the cabinets were full, this was a problem. The towels and toilet paper/paper towels were of very low quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!
We loved staying at this condo! It was like home away from home. Beautiful view and great location between the bay and ocean. The beds were super comfortable and just an overall great place to stay. Communication with owners was super easy and the place was immaculate. Would love to stay again during the in-season months where more restaurants are open daily. Loved walking right across the street to the beach and the volleyball court outside the building. Super easy checkout process was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay in Dewey Beach
We really enjoyed our stay for three days in this condo. The kitchen was well appointed but could use more silverware. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable with an excellent en suite bathroom but the big screen TV was not working. They had replaced it with a smaller one but it was too low to enjoy from the bed. The Hyatt Residence is very nice. The secure parking lot was a breeze. The pool area looked very nice although we did not use it. The bay beach was right out the back of the complex and the ocean a block away. We did have a serious issue on our first night of the stay. Despite having booked through Vrbo weeks in advance, a friend of the owner came and let himself into the apartment while we were there which was frightening. Apparently the property manager was away and his wife was filling in. We took the keys for the apartment from the lock box as we were instructed. Instead of realizing that the keys missing was not a mistake, she went ahead a released another key to this friend who despite seeing lights in the apartment on and a car in the reserved spot, let himself in. Needless to say, an awkward exchange followed but the friend was gracious and we were never in real danger. Still, we had left our dog alone while we ate only minutes before and if he had let himself in while the dog was alone, i don’t know what would have happened. I understand mistakes happen and we tried to be understanding but it shouldn’t have. The property is very nice though so do with that what you will. I would stay again if i was in the area.

Most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. Excellent location and views of bay and ocean.
The condo was astoundingly ornately decorated. So much amenities that can not be listed, but were available. It's definitely a home away from home. The weather was miserable from the hurricane coming up the coast, however our kids enjoyed the board games provided rather than their iPads. Our next trip to Dewey, I would hope that this place is available again. Our hosts were always quick to reply and extremely helpful. We look forward to going back again soon.
