We love this place!

There is never an issue! We will be back for a third time next year. Couldnt be more happy with this cute and cizy rental

Older property, very adequate and comfortable. Oven needed cleaning, bathroom sink needs drain cleaner. Well stocked. We would recommend.

Unit reminds me of 1980 with popcorn ceiling. Dated furniture. Bathroom lacks safety bars to prevent falls.
Carpet in bedroom has large stain.
Patio furniture needs replacement . Yard has plastic coming thru rooks.
Tv service : no basic stable . You are expected to login to apps to use, not user friendly.
Be sure bring shampoo conditioner and bath products.
AC worked very good. Did not use heat.
Golf course nice , no Mountain View’s.
Area quiet . Driveway parking, no garage.
We left 2 days early due to above.

When I received the phone call from Patsy on Tuesday afternoon, irate that she had expected the unit to have basic cable--even though the listing says "streaming only"--I figured she would nit pick and leave a nasty review.
The listing is very clear, with descriptions and current photos. It indicates that the bed is queen-sized, that the tv is streaming only, and the parking is off street.
The mattress, and most of the furniture has been replaced within the last year. Tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap are available for guests, but large quantities are not provided. We do not advertise mountain views, so I'm unsure why this was an issue.
The property was built in the 1980's. The price point, descriptions and photos should indicate this is not the Ritz Carlton. It is clean, and we do our best to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere for our guests.
It is truly unfortunate that this particular guest chose to blame us for her lack of paying attention to the details of the listing.
We hope that any potential guests will review the other positive, happy travelers' comments on their experiences with us.

Prescott golf club

Great Rental at Prescott Golf Club
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for a week to tune up our golf game. Ideal location right on the course. The condo had everything we needed. Everything worked well. Has a nice patio right on hole #9. The kitchen knives were sharp! I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo on the golf course
Publié le 18 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a very relaxing place to stay. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the comfort of his chair on the patio. It was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed looking at he scenery from the dining table every afternoon.

Prescott Country Club Condo
Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe bed was a bit soft and bowed in the middle. The location of the condo was perfect for our trip and the patio has plenty of shade in the morning for coffee. It was an easy drive to downtown Prescott and Lynx Lake. The golf course is well maintained and I had a great 18 holes of golf with our friend.
