The towels were very thin and non-absorbent. The soap provided was the extremely small and thin bars. Showering with that was annoying. The refrigerator though worked surprisingly well. It actually got and stayed cold. The lighting in the bathroom area around the mirror wasn't adequate enough.

The ac didnt work. So was hot even in oct to sleep. The beds are real soft was not use to sleep on when have had back surgery

If you would have notified the front desk, they would have checked your ac settings or switched your room. we have 24hour desk. thank you for your review.

I paid almost $400 for 2nights- only to have nothing in my room work. Mattresses had blood on them. Rooms were disgusting. Not vacuumed. No toilet paper. Breakers kept blowing. Everything would shut off. Towels had stains.. Refrigerators wouldn’t work. Let just say I’m so happy I didn’t have a blue light.! My room smelled like a dirty ashtray. I can camp for days on end.. but there’s a difference between dirt and filth.!!

First, appreciate the review. As far as room price for 2 adults and 3 kids, you prepaid expedia online. I am not aware what you prepaid to expedia. You had asked for smoking room, and the smell might be from smoke, but our housekeepers do use febreeze to air our the room. I did check the room again, and did not find any other smell or filth. :)

Ants were on nightstand, desktop, and chair. Furniture was poor condition. Overall cleanliness was good.

Better than I thought.
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI had heard bad things about this place. I found no bugs or drugs.. The staff was very nice. It is an old building but for and over night stay it was good. I would stay here again. It is by a local Walmart!

The staff was extremely friendly when I went to check in! They were understanding and let me leave 30 minutes late without charging me! Overall a great experience

It's an old country hotel. It's a mix of smoking and non-smoking so outside the room you will smell smoke. Staff was friendly, room was clean. There was an "old" smell to the room, but not surprising for the age of the hotel.
