Good for access to Airport

Pour : Closeness to the Airport
Contre : Cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast and meals. Very poor hygiene.
Emplacement : The surrouning environment was safe and interesting.
I was concerned on the confusion about my expedia payment for my two day stay by the Hotel management and request to make a new payment.

Clean but congested; discrepancies re info &policy
Publié le 25 déc. 2017 sur ExpediaStayed 1 night. Most staff were friendly but there were mosquitoes for which I could hardly sleep at night. I felt ill in the morning due to lack of sleep.
Hotel is meant to provide free airport shuttle but they charged me 500 taka. They asked me when I was about to leave for the airport, so I did not have time to show them info re this on Expedia website. I think Expedia should take this up with the hotel and get clarified.
