Plutôt déçu

Expérience peu concluante. Cet hôtel est encastré dans un grand magasin avec accueil au 3ème étage. Il est également loin du centre avec des embouteillages monstrueux à Dhaka. Je l'avais choisi pour la piscine sur le toit mais elle était vide !!!. Seuls point positif, la réception est coopérative pour assister ses clients et le petit déjeuner est correct.

Rooms are dirty, carpets were wet and dirty, not look like the photo. Very suffocate environment

False advertising

The hotel does not have any king beds, even though that's what they put in the room description. The rooms are tiny, dingy, with no windows and no normal shower. We looked at 7 rooms, because we weren't satisfied with any of them. The hotel staff was not helpful at all and were plain rude.

Staff Rude, Non-Professional, very small room.

Staff is rude and opportunist. Case 1: I asked whether any airport pick up service. Actually they don't hv it, but the hotel person said yes, they have it. He took money from me and then as a middle man made agreement with another taxi service company, paid them half of what I gave and dat company messed up. I had to pay again some extra to that taxi company such as airport parking fees. I took the van with high cost considering of security since picking up midnight. The purpose was not served since it was ordinary van. Case 2: The hotel closes at 10 PM. They were well informed that they are picking someone from airport at midnight. When we came in front of hotel, the door is closed and nobody there. Almost after 45 minutes and knocking and shouting the security guard came and behave very rude. He was even closing the door saying, okay you stay outside. My wife was coming from Canada, almost 40 hours flight journey, I felt so bad for her. Case 3: They do not have any half day extension policy. I stayed 3 days, my flight at 6 PM. Check out time shows at 1 PM, I just needed extra 1 hour. I offered half day extension payment, they disagreed and charged me full one day extra for that extra hour. I would say, all they see is money, not about client service. Well, at least that's my experience, yours could be worse or better.
