I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face.
And the toilet, the bed all dirty!
The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in.
But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!
