Don’t pass up this hotel. Heart it!
Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HotelsNothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here.

It's a great hotel. The staff is nice, restaurant is good. Especially, the top roof bar is great! I will stay there again.

I booked Suite Room as shown at the time of booking but reaching hotel we were informed that never had any Suite Room in the hotel so cannot provide. Further I had booked my room for 3 Adults but since could not provide any Suite Room, they charged me USD20.00 per night for extra person. I think that the fault here is from Hotels.com since they have wrongly informed the category on their website.

As you mentioned correctly "the fault here is from Hotels.com since they have wrongly informed the category on their website". The 20 dollars charge for extra person you mentioned - we did not charge you for that sir. We again apologies for any inconvenience you faced and wish you give us another opportunity to serve you.
