Front desk stuff was very rude and unprofessional, he didn’t even know what he was doing. Service is very underwhelming. It’s not worth it to stay on that hotel. Overpriced. And they gave me wrong room and they didn’t even fix that. I want my money back. Thank you

This hotel blends comfort, hygiene, and gastronomic pleasure with a personalized touch that sets it apart. The quality of the food more than compensated for it. The chicken curry was simply outstanding, and these dishes left me eagerly looking forward to each meal. I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking a place that feels like a home away from home.

I stayed at White Palace Hotel during my layover since I arrived very late, and it’s ideal for a transit stay. It's incredibly convenient for the airport. The hotel is lovely, with very comfortable, quiet rooms, and the staff are friendly, food was delicoius & reasonable.

The White Palace Hotel is great for a weekend escape. I had a fantastic time there. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. I believe it's a wonderful place for anyone to stay!

Awesome experience especially on food
I'm really happy with the service and the food was delicious. They have fresh food, a nice atmosphere, and lots of different dishes to choose from, like local food, Western dishes, and Asian cuisine.

I have found nice room that was well taken care of with hard mattress, everything was clean. The staff, both in the room and the restaurant, were really friendly. I had some delicious meals on the ground floor. I'll definitely come back again.
