Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great buffet options in breakfast and dinner, evening entertainment was wonderful! We loved the spa, pool and theatre room. Will come back again. Our AC stopped working on 3rd night of our stay they upgraded us to other room at 11pm.

Not really worth it given the amount of money they charge. Its not a huge property- definitely lacks a lot of what an ideal resort should be. Broken dustbins in the room. And theres no point of having a balcony if you’re constantly afraid of fat insects and monkeys. The front desk staff is not well coordinated among themselves- they would often say one thing at a certain moment and then back out from their commitment without a single thought. Non-professionals - not expected from a chain that claims to be “5-star”. Buyers beware.
