Avis Nibaana Resort

Overall the experience is good. We had booked two rooms. We can see the snow-clad mountain as a back ground. Few points, water flow in the bathroom was quite bad. Both the bathrooms had stinking smell. Fresh towels were not supplied next day - till we asked for it. The price vs the facilities, I will say price is at a higher side.

This hotel has issues with heating systems and hot water didn’t work at all. Service was good and hotel manager change room for us 3 times but heating was poor on cold conditions.

It was a family vacation with my sons 18 and 21 and my parents. The resort was away from the maddening crowd of Dharmsala . It was a newly opened and hence everything was fresh and new. The rooms had a magnificent view and one could just sit in the balcony listening to the birds and gazing at the snow capped mountains . The staff was very friendly , helpful . The buffet breakfast had a good spread. The resort is vegetarian but the quality and choice was so good that frankly we did not miss the non veg stuff. The staff helped us to plan our daily trips and even helped us to book our paragliding flights from Bir Billing a 2 hour drive from the resort.We will definitely recommend and hope to revisit the place soon.
