Bescheidene Unterkunft

Wir haben das Objekt zu wenig gründlich angeschaut. Das Fehlen eines Wohnzimmers oder zumindest einer Wohnküche ist uns leider entgangen. Folglich war der Aufenthalt im Objekt eher schwierig.

Wir haben 1 Woche in der segr schönen Wohnung verbracht- die besonders einferichtet ist. BequeBetten, gute Bäder, alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön, wir haben ihn aber nicht mehr genutzt zumal es jetzt im September früher dunkel wird. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter. Jedoch eher nicht mit Kindern- wegen der beiden Wendeltreppen.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem außergewöhnlichen Haus in wunderschöner Lage sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Es hielt alles bereit, was notwendig ist - nur eine Grillzange wäre noch nicht schlecht. Der Garten ist sehr schön gelegen und wir haben dort schön und entspannt essen können. Da er ein paar Schritte vom Haus gelegen ist, empfiehlt sich ein Körbchen, in das man Geschirr etc packen kann. Und Mückenschutz, um die kleinen Plagegeister abzuwehren! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und in zehn Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Diano Marina, am Strand, im Supermarkt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut! Alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Grazie mille, Alessandro!

Casa nel Borgo

Für Familien mit Kindern von 4-10 optimal wegen des Pools und Spielplatzes. Im Haus befindet sich eine gewöhnungsbedürftige Wendeltreppe. Deshalb nicht für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen zu empfehlen. Für Hunde optimal wg. des eingezäunten Gartens und der Lage. Man kann dort gut Spazierengehen.

Entspannung und Erholung pur

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von viel Natur und sehr wenig Verkehrslärm. Ausser natürlich die bellenden Hunde wie das so auf kleinen Dörfern üblich ist. Das Krähen der Hähne war endlich auch wieder zu hören. Mit dem Auto sind es gerade mal 10 min zum Meer. Egal ob Richtung Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo al Mare (12 min) oder nach Imperia (15min). Vor Ort (zu Fuss 10 min) hat es ein super hervorragendes Pub, Restaurant, dass wir sehr weiterempfehlen möchten (The WaterWheel). Ganz zu schweigen von einigen hervorragenden Fischrestaurants und Pizzerias in Imperial. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das "Surf" kurz vor Eingang zum Fischmarkt (Imperia-Oneglia). Das kleine aber feine Bar-Restaurant wird seit knapp 2 Jahren von einem jungen, dynamischen Team geführt, und verwöhnt mit Überraschungen beim Cocktail als auch beim Essen. Alles in allem ein hervorragender Kurzurlaub (1 Woche), der sich wie 2 Wochen angefühlt hat. Noch mal herzlichen Dank an Alessandro für die schöne Unterkunft in Diano del Pietro, Ortsteil "Moltedo" (wichtig bei Anfahrt). Liebe Grüsse aus St. Gallen, Annett und Klaus

Häuschen mit Nachteilen und netten Garten

Das Häuschen hat drei Ebenen, die mit zwei sehr steilen und engen Wendeltreppen verbunden sind. Das untere Schlafimmer ist sehr dunkel und auch feucht. Es gibt außer der kleinen Küche kein Wohnbereich. Der Garten mit Gartenmöbeln und kleinem Whirpool ist sehr nett, ist allerdings 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt .

kleines nettes Haus in der ruhen Idylle

Das kleine Haus in Moltedo ist ca. 10 - 15 Minuten vom Strand Diano Marina entfernt. Es war sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Wir haben uns jeder Zeit wohlgefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Alessandro war stehts perfekt. Wir sind am Ankunftstag sehr spät angereist was aber dank der Videos kein Problem war! Wir wurden auch mit super Tipps versorgt zwecks Restaurants. Einzigst der Tipp der kleinen Brauerei mit verkosten war eher eine Verkaufsaktion den unter einer Verkostung und Besichtigung verstehen wir doch was anderes als 2 Biersorten und eine kleine Farm. Aber egal es war im ganzen ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Als kleiner Kritikpunkt der Garten ist nicht direkt am Haus, man muss ein kleine Stück hoch laufen was uns eher davon abgehalten hat dort zu Essen. Wir haben es einmal Probiert aber der Aufwand war uns einfach zu Groß. Danke noch mal für das Vertrauen und das tolle Haus

Idyllisches Appartement abgelegen vom Touristen-Hotspot

Alessandro war ein super engagierter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns für alles Tipps und Hilfe anbot (Strände, Restaurants, Eiscafés etc.). Er war ebenso bei einem kurzen Stromausfall sofort zu erreichen half uns bei der Behebung des Problems. Der Garten mit seiner Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Lage idyllisch und die Wohnung sehr sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet und schnuckelig - wenngleich nicht ideal für Kleinkinder wegen der Wendeltreppen. Doch selbst darauf hatte er uns schon vor der Buchung hingewiesen. Generell also absolut empfehlenswert!

Bezaubernd

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sauberen Zustand, ausreichend eingerichtet und hat ein gemütlichen Charme. Der Garten ist einfach nur Traumhaft. Toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Gepflegter Pool und eine sehr einladende Terrasse die zum Gläschen Wein am Abend einlädt. Es lässt sich dort Klasse aushalten und man kann richtig gut entspannen. Auch Alessandro als Vermieter war sehr bemüht uns alles Recht zu machen. Er war so gut wie immer für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war Top. Der Check-In lief einwandfrei. Alles in allem war es ein Traumhaft schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Un village dans le village !!

Atypique maison de village située dans un ensemble de maisons (accès par portail automatique) Parking. Jardin privé avec une toute petite piscine très appréciée, coin repas avec barbecue. Jardin non attenant mais à 2 Pas, un peu plus haut. Location déconseillée pour personnes se déplaçant avec difficultés car escaliers intérieurs étroits pour accéder aux chambres (en colimaçon) et accès extérieur un peu "raide" (marches hautes...). les 2 chambres ont leur salle de bains et toilettes personnelles et c'est bien pratique ! Le tout rénové avec goût et très propre.

Casa Del Borgo

Séjour en avril. L'appartement se situe dans un vieux bourg; arrivée très compliquée, le GPS ne trouve pas l'adresse, pas de lumière devant la porte. Appartement typique et charmant, mais attention : accès à la chambre à coucher par un escalier en colimaçon très étroit, donc uniquement pour personnes minces et avec bonne mobilité, mais très belle vue sur la mer et Diano Castello en face. Le jardin est magnifique, bien clôturé, aussi sympa pour notre chien, le BBQ tire bien. Cuisine mal équipée : pas de sacs poubelle, caserolles qui ne vont pas avec l'induction et vieilles, ni linge, ni produit de lessive, ni éponge, pas de gants pour le four --- un peu minimaliste. 5 clés entre portails, jardin, appartement ... un digicode serait bien plus facile. Les voisins ont 3 chiens qui aboient en permanence, l'autre voisine un chien enfermé qui pleure toute la journée ... région parfaite pour une semaine et sorties rando, resto the Waterfall à 300 m une merveille car ancien moulin très bien restauré avec musique des années 70.

Seh sauberes jnd wunderschönes kleines Haus

Es war super schön! Das Haus auf 3 Stockwerke ist stilvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Vorallem der Garten ist fantastisch.

Bella casa con giardino

Casa molto bella, nuovissima e bene attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, induzione etc...). Disposta su tre piani comunicanti con scala a chiocciola. Il giardino è leggermente staccato dalla casa, ben attrezzato e comunicante con un bellissimo parco giochi,; c'è anche una vasca idromassaggio che abbiamo molto apprezzato perché il giardino è molto soleggiato fino al tramonto (la vasca idromassaggio non è adatta per far giocare i bambini). I proprietari della casa, che vivono vicini, sono molto gentili e disponibili, come anche Alessandro (è l'agente immobiliare) che è sempre raggiungibile e pronto ad aiutarti. Il contesto è molto bello (è una frazione di Diano San Pietro e la casa è in un antico borgo). Ovviamente il posto è adatto a chi ama la tranquillità, ma è ben disposto a usare la macchina per ogni spostamento (il supermercato è a circa 3 chilometri), perché il paese (Diano San Pietro) fornisce ben pochi servizi.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Ligurien

Tolles, kleines Ferienhaus in den Bergen von Imperia. Moderne Einrichtung mit allem Komfort, kombiniert mit urigem Charme. Inklusive Whirlpool auf eigenem, eingezäunten Gartengrundstück. Traumhafte Lage für Erholungssuchende und wunderschönes Panorama. In nur 10 Minuten erreicht man die Sandstrände von Diano Marina. Allessandro ist ein großartiger Vermieter, der sehr um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste bemüht ist und uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite stand. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Ligurien. Das Haus war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Region. Wir sind vor Ort sehr gut betreut worden.
