A éviter, pas au niveau 5 *
Publié le 4 déc. 2021 sur HotelsMême si les belles piscines sauvent un peu la situation, cet hôtel n'est absolument pas au niveau et ne sait pas reconnaître ses défauts :
- Structure béton mal isolée, il est très bruyant.
- Groupe de climatisation sur le toit excitent toute la structure et provoque un bourdonnement gênant.
- Balcons avec beaucoup de résonance, très bruyant
- Notre porte fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas, rongée par la rouille
- Le robinet thermostatique de notre douche ne fonctionnait pas bien et ne produisait que de l'eau tiède
- A notre arrivée, la clim de notre chambre était réglée à 18 (pour 30 dehors) pour la faire remonter en ouvrant la porte fenêtre, cela a engendré une condensation terrible pendant une quinzaine d'heure
- Clim trop forte et donc température trop froide dans les parties communes
- Eclairages insuffisants dehors et dedans
- Repas de piètre qualité
- Mauvaise organisation du restaurant buffet
Et quand on demande un geste commercial pour compenser tous ces désagréments on se fait envoyer dans le mûr.
Bref établissement à absolument éviter

Hôtel qui fait payer chèrement son emplacement

Le confort est basique mais les chambres sont bercées par le bruit de la mer.
Dommage que notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée, qu’il manquait des serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bain. Heureusement, en contre-partie, l’hôtel nous a permis un check-out tardif.
Mais dans l’ensemble, prestations chèrement payées (le double par rapport à Dubaï).

Belle vue et spot de plongée , hôtel classique

Hôtel d’architecture année 90 , mais chambres spacieuses et vue mer.
Superbe spot de plongée sur Dibba rock et club de plongée dans l’hôtel
Quelques inconvénients à considérer : bruits de la route derrière l’hôtel dans certains chambres avec fenêtres sur la route.
Quelques zones en rénovation suite à une tempête

Very nice stay with perfect view
Publié le 3 août 2020 sur HotelsVery nice stay! Sea view from the deluxe room is perfect! Restaurand and beach bars are very good with good cockails and reasonable prices. Access to the beach is very near, pool of the main building is small but there is another one on the other side much bigger. Had issue of humidity on our room, after complain they changed us to another room where was perfect. Will definitely come back.

**Disappointing Pet-Friendly Experience**
I recently stayed here which markets itself as a pet-friendly establishment. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to this claim.
First, there were no water bowls provided for pets in the room or common areas, a basic amenity that any pet-friendly hotel should offer. Additionally, the designated pet area was inconveniently located far from our room, making it a hassle to take our dog out for walks or even to do their business.
The biggest disappointment, however, was that the hotel's outdoor restaurant did not allow dogs. This restriction meant we couldn't enjoy meals on the premises with our pet, forcing us to stay in the room. I understand inside the hotel restaurants are not allowed but even outside not allowed didn’t make sense apart from one bar where there is no shade, no people. Basically it meant come to the pet friendly hotel but keep away from everything
Overall, failed to meet the expectations of a true pet-friendly hotel. If you are traveling with your pet, I recommend looking elsewhere.
