It's a good hotel to enjoy the surroundings because it's in front of the beach. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The hotel price is overpriced and the air conditioner doesn't work well. There's really nothing around.

Thank you for your generous review. Indeed our view is amazing. We’re sorry you only booked one night with us, as there’s plenty of nature related activities around but you need more than a day to enjoy the surroundings. We apologize for the AC unit. Voltage was irregular due to maintenance by the electricity company which prevented the unit from working well. We will look into the problem to find an alternative solution. We had such a wonderful time at this property! We would definitely go back! Service was 5 star, staff were all so amazing and the view is spectacular! And the food was excellent.

We had a quite disappointing experience in this accommodation. For what it is, it is definitely overpriced and not worth it at all. The pool was not fully intact and dirty, the Pizza of the restaurant was not fully cooked (after this we didn’t dare to try another dish or drink, also because of the high prices), the WiFi did not work AT ALL and the hotel was in general in not a great state. We thought it was ridiculous that this place has the word “luxury” in its name because it’s quite misleading. We also didn’t really feel heard or that the hotel was forthcoming and trying to create a better experience for us when we voiced our complaints. Very disappointing. Also beware of an additional tax that you will have to pay in cash upon arrival.

Thank you for your stay and your review. We do take seriously all feedback. We do have procedures in place to guarantee your satisfaction and we’re very sorry communication dissent flow properly. We have investigated your claims and will proceed to answer them accordingly:1. The level for the pool was lowered that day to conduct maintenance of a small leak, but the water was clean as the pool is cleaned and checked for chlorine every night. We do have photographic evidence every morning to make sure it’s in a proper state.2. Our chef always has to come out within 5 minutes of serving your food to ask if everything is the way it’s supposed to be. She did in fact ask you if your pizzas were fine. You had eaten 2 slices each. Your partner nodded with an ok and you both ate the pizzas. 24 hours later you suggested you expected a courtesy because the pizza was undercooked, and of course we’re always glad to change the dish at our cost, but at the moment you ordered them.3. As a new road is being built in front of us, the contractor did break a cable and the provider took 2 days to change it. Nevertheless we shared data to your computers so your partner could work. It’s an unforeseen circumstance but we still managed to provide you with Wi-Fi.4. Your only claim was the pizza, 24 hours later, and although we understand your frustration, we ask if your food is ok at the time your eating, to make sure we’re following up on your statisfaction. We do understand you wanted a courtesy, but it was very difficult when your partner said it was good, and you ate everything without making a comment.5. We’re always on top of maintenance to be able to offer great facilities.6. All bookings have to pay vat tax upon arrival. It’s only when you show your passport and stamp of entry (less than 2 months) showing you’re a foreigner, when you’re exempt of such tax. It’s important to note you did not pay tax once you complied with proof.Your satisfaction is key to our success, and that’s why we did a detailed investigation on your booking to establish if we had done anything out of procedure to cause you a negative experience. We will continue to enforce all checks and procedures to strive for your total satisfaction. We’re sorry this time communication wasn’t timely for it.

Paraiso escondido

Sea view at its best

We stayed at RCH for two nights and had an amazing time. The host with all his team is fantastic and takes care of every detail. We felt like like royalty - the view, the long beaches the infinity pool, the ambience and the food - just perfect. Everything you ever dreamt of and a bit more :)
