My first stay -- staff was friendly and helpful, room and the bathroom were nice and VERY clean!
Our room was quiet -- no hotel or outside noise.
Pet friendly -- only $15.

No breakfast included. Bed in room sagged in the middle quite a bit. Convenient location. Limited seating in room.

Pro: clean! Thank you! Sufficient toiletries. When it's clean your stay becomes convenient
Cons: bed a little bit older, you can feel the springs
