staff members Katia Alfetlawy & " Nita " were extremely helpful & courteous - however the property has seen better days - clean but in very rundown condition - bathroom wallpaper was peeling off on all 4 walls - carpet was very old & threadbare - entire building was in need of major updates- had that " old musty smell " to it - I would not stay there again

Mr. John,Thank you so much for recognizing our team! I will have our Maintenace team look into the issues mentioned with your room! I hate that we couldn't address these issues at property level. I really hope we get the chance to redem this in the future!

Hotel is in need of some major updates. We had a huge stain on our carpet. Rooms were stuffy when we arrived. The AC had not been turned on. We had a funky, stale smell in there. Beds were okay. For the price is was okay I guess, but I don't know that I would stay there again.

I booked this and tried to cancel 30 min later and they denied it. Won't ever be staying here...

I apologize, for the issues regarding your reservation. It depends on how the reservation was booked if the hotel will be able to cancel. There is no guarantee from the hotel due to the fact the reservation was booked through a 3rd party.
