Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets
Posted May 28, 2023 on HotelsVery disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Réception très désagréable
Posted Nov. 8, 2020 on Hotels20 h personne à la réception. Pas d'explication pour confirmer la réservation. On finit par avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, vraiment pas aimable et pas serviable. Nous avons des bagages volumineux, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.
