The property was clean. Upon check in the gentleman said garage was closed however is was resolved with another agent who gave us a remote to the garage. We were also told that since there were few people staying in the hotel they would not provide any hot breakfast. Overall, I would not stay again.
The hotel is in a brilliant location, an easy walk to old town, right next to a new cinema and restaurant complex and with parking in the building at a reasonable price.
The room itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The only criticisms were the bed (which we found very uncomfortable), and a lack of things like side tables in the sitting room.
Positives: Great location. Spacy room. Comfortable beds. Well equipped.
Negatives: Breakfast option is pricy at EUR 16 per head. We opted out, as you can do much better down town. Gym could be upgraded.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
This apartment was decently priced with parking. It was difficult to check in with all the construction and trying to park to check in and then had to call many times to get someone to the front desk.while it was relatively nice/clean, it was definitely a long residence stay hotel (I honestly wouldn’t even call it a real hotel) it felt more like an apartment.
One of our room smelt awful, likely old cheese. I know we are in France but it was overwhelming. It also never cooled down, regardless of the thermostat setting. It felt shady and was a ways away from the old towne.
It wasn’t my style or what I would look for again in a short stay. While the pictures seem accurate, it didn’t really look or feel like those pictures.
