Your small town getaway USA Dillon Montana

The Montana Small Town USA getaway located in the city of Dillon. This is a brand new 4 bedroom 2 bath 1700 sq. ft. open and inviting townhome with various hand-crafted elements through out. A hand built old dairy wood and pipe sofa table and a vintage custom King Ranch leather chair .
This is a place to chill, reconnect and explore. Wake up and take in the mountain view from the upstairs bedrooms. Make some coffee and breath in the morning fresh air. Take a stroll through town. Enjoy a meal in the open kitchen and sitting area upstairs. Get cozy in the country downstairs family room with family and play a game or watch a Netflix movie. A perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle and do some exploring, sking, hiking or fly fishing on some of the best rivers in the nation.
Take a day trip to Yellowstone or the Big Hole and stop for a dip at Jackson hot springs along the way.

Guys Fishing Weekend
The house was the perfect place for our long fishing weekend. We were a little concerned that it would be really hot in the house, temps were in the mid 90's, but Kathie provided a portable AC unit and fans which helped keep the place cool. The basement was also a nice retreat from the heat. Overall a great house and highly recommended.

We were in town visiting family. House was clean and in great condition with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Downstairs tv room had great couch/recliners. Within walking distance (1 block) of grocery store and fast food. Only 1 mile to downtown Dillon.

Perfect location and very clean
The day we arrived at the house there was a power issue from the power company. We contacted Kathie and she immediately sprang into action and got us in another excellent home. While we didn't get to stay here, we had time to see the house. The home is very well stocked and I cant say enough how clean it was. There is plenty of space for everyone, and again, very clean. If you want to be close to the town of Dillon, you cant beet the location. Minutes to great restaurants, groceries, and fishing. When I am in the area again, I will definitely be looking for a property with this host.

Conveniently located to shopping in a new subdivision. This recently constructed home was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds and great floor plan for spending time with friends and family. Will stay here again if I’m ever back in Dillon!

The property was amazing! We stayed with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We stayed at the property for the UMW football game. Location was good. Kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. The only complaint would be that there was construction outside bright and early Friday morning, however this cant be controlled.

Awesome Home!
We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We have rented many homes through VRBO, and this one is in the top 3. Very comfortable and in a quiet, peaceful location. It's decorated in a wonderful western/cowboy style. It had everything we needed. We loved the downstairs TV room. We relaxed on comfy sofas under cozy throws after a chilly morning at the UMW rodeo. The place has a great vibe. We'll be back!
