The service was much better than expected. Christina is the best, but everyone was so very nice.

So crowded, the area and the hotel. Too much people in the pool, a lot of families with kids, so noisy. The breakfast was so good with variety of things, cooked, sweets, salad, etc. The worst was the lot of people in all the common installations

Great staff and location, bad soundproofing

First of all, the staff were great - very friendly and helpful - waited for me until 5 AM due to my delayed flight and later helped me however they could. Breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about, but what do you expect? The hotel itself is quite modern-looking, especially the upper floor, even though there are signs that it's not all new. Very close to the beach and the main street. My only issue with the hotel was that the walls were very thin, so you could hear everything going on in the corridor. I was also unfortunately placed next to a room with an infant. I never heard a child so loud. I was mostly annoyed at the fact that I cannot sleep, but over time I genuinely felt bad, because the sound was as if the infant was suffering badly. Regardless, for me personally it was not a great experience, since I was never fully able to get a good night's sleep.
