As a result, we have achieved back-to-back Superhost status in many Hosting platforms, such as Homeaway, Airbnb, etc. and are more than proud to receive 5* ratings from 99,999% of our high-valued guests! With regards to your amended rental rates for your group's stay during Christmas (top of the peak season), you had already been informed of the Platform's software glitch since the 10/8/2018 (date of your booking), mutually agreed upon the updated final price (which was still very low for this time of the year) and always kept the option to cancel totally penalty-free. Furthermore, the access to the "Holidea Residence Complex" private Garage area has nothing to do with the apartment itself and is the same case with all Arachova narrow side streets. Anyhow, whoever is afraid to manoeuvre in these challenging village streets, can always opt in for the Public Parking Lot around 250 metres away! Both bathtubs on the upper floor have been extensively checked and no drainage issue appears to exist. We provide 2 housekeepers to deal with any technical problem that might arise during guests' stay! Last but not least, had you better searched or simply ask me or my housekeepers, you would have discovered plenty of wine glasses located in the cupboard next to the fridge!! Obviously, you are not welcome to stay with us ever again!!...

Friendly guests, good hosting experience! Although I didn't get the pleasure to meet Anastasia in person, my housekeeper was quite happy with the guys that came under her reservation!!..:-)) They were all very polite, quite easy to communicate with, making trip and hosting arrangements a rather smooth process. They abided to the house rules and left the apartment in very clean condition! All in all, highly rated and recommended guests!
