Publié le 17 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I had been searching for something off grid, only a few hours away. We were lucky enough to have found our ideal setting in Rock Eddy Bluff Farm.. Loved every ounce of the quiet found only in the forest, and our days spent exploring the river canoeing. The evening was filled with camp cooking, listening to the wildlife, and lighting over the bluff from a passing storm in an adjacent holler. Our ‘lil cabin was cozy, charming, and made it incredibly difficult for us to think about rejoining the hustle and bustle of our normal lives. In an ideal world, we would all live this way. Our host Heather, Tom & Kathy were kind and thoughtful, assuring our stay was ideal. We cannot wait to return. Until next time, stay wild! Ryan & Tammy

Alone time while feeling safe

If my back didn’t go out on me I would have been even more thrilled to have experienced the canoe, river and trails. Either way it forced me to slow down, which I needed. I will definitely be back.
