Welcome to our charming two bedroom vintage house with modern touches! You will find yourself nestled near the local Dixon high school football field, your backyard offers a perfect lookout for game days and track events. From the house, you can also catch glimpses of the serene river. Plus, it’s conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk from downtown. Despite its age, this home, exudes character and charm.

There’s a quaint backyard that overlooks the Dixon High School Football field and gives glimpses of the Rock River. Private parking available, a front porch and a sunroom to watch athletic events in the back. There are two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One full bathroom with a tub and luxurious rainfall shower head.
