This property could be a showpiece. Bath outdated, worn, noisy ffaucets, loud fan, shabby carpet, curtains and linens. Area where.I was told to walk my Service Dog (grass at edge of parking lot) had lots of broken glass. Staff needs education about Service Dogs, ADA/Federal laws, etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We are the oldest hotel and one of a kind with western theme in town. However rooms, bed, bathrooms in the rooms are old but clean. We try to maintain the hotel built in 1973 and offer all our guests the same old, western and cozy homely feeling experience. With lots of in-house activities like pool, hot tub, sports area, family get together room which is unique now a days. If we have any room for improvements, please let us know and we would love to do it with the assurance that we maintain the originality and at very right price. Thank you

I had a terrible time getting anyone to answer the phone or even be at the desk the next morning. I had booked two nights accidentally and was going to use it for my advantage for a later check out, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help. The second night was non-refundable and we still had to vacate at 11am. Check in was smooth and the guy who helped the first night was nice. Other than that, wouldn’t stay again.

Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsVery rude front desk help. Literally didn't want to ck us in 25 min. Early but finally did. Stood there for 30 min before he even came to the front desk. Hotel might of had 10 people staying there

Property has potential but has not been maintained. My feet stuck to the carpet, bathtub was stained and manager chased us to parking lot after leaving multiple notes on our windshield as to where we parked. If concerned about parking, should be clear upon check in where trucks with trailers should park.

Smelled Bad
