The property is located on the outskirts of Dogliani, a small town in the UNESCO World Heritage area of Langhe in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. Known for its picturesque landscapes of vineyards, hazelnut orchards and rolling hills, the area is popular with hikers and cyclists.

Piedmont, in general, attracts travellers looking for a culinary experience to taste traditional dishes, local cheeses, truffles and of course wine. Visitors can explore the vineyards, wine cellars and sample the renowned local wines at one of the many wineries in the area including Fratelli Cagnassi (a 15-minute walk), Cantina del Dolcetto di Dogliani (a 7-minute drive), Azienda Agricola Abbona Marziano (an 8-minute drive) and Cà Neuva (a 9-minute drive).
