Perfect staff and equipement but no special attention during the stay for a 5 stars . Music is too loud at the pool and the breakfast restaurant. Even we asked, fridge wasn’t fixed for more cooling

Séjour magnifique dans un cadre idéal, le personnel est au top, Mouhabab le Life guard est toujours au petit soin à la piscine, très sympathique, je recommande vivement cet hôtel en famille

Amazing resort, amazing staff! Felt really welcomed by all the foreign workers! Didn't feel any love from the Qatari locals however. But the resort and staff go above and beyond in making sure you're happy! The restaurant staff, pool boys, life guards, cleaners, are good people! Everyone who wasn't a Qatari was amazing! Just seems like the Qataris only like to look at their own people! You don't even get a smile from their people! Very strange! Probably won't return on the basis of that but overall a beautiful resort and country!

This resort is stunning and it is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Bonita at reception provided a good service. The restaurants in this resort provide outstanding service with politeness and a smile. At the deli restaurant, Suvro, Neeraj, Presila, Ishak and Sasam are fantastic at that they do. At Parisa, Saloni, Terry and the rest of the team there are so friendly and cheerful. Food was also delicious there. The ladies only spa is amazing and clean with great facilities. A Nepali lady showed me around and a Turkish lady gave me a great massage but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The outside swimming pool is clean and warm. The staff at this resort make an effort to build a relationship with their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. All staff are bilingual and work hard in what they do. Mehtab, Waqas, Roshan and Isaac in the Valet team are brilliant with their service. There was a small misunderstanding regarding "extra charges" but this was soon rectified however one of the staff there was a bit rude towards my husband but then did apologise. Overall, a beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely come again and I hope I do very soon ❤️

Alles war perfekt! Upgrade bekommen.Gesamtes Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöner Garten. Sehr sicher! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Frühstück wunderbar. Tolle Villa mit Pool. Ein super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel.
