I loved this property which was located right next to the Souk which is one of the great places to visit in Doha. I enjoyed shopping and finding a place to eat nearby. It was a 20-minute ride to the airport which also made for convenience. The room was beautiful in the heart of historic Doha.

A big disappointment I regret to say the experience did not meet expectations. The staff were noticeably uncooperative, and the overall level of hospitality fell short of the standards one would anticipate from a hotel in Msheireb Downtown. Such substandard service not only affects the hotel’s reputation but also detracts from the prestige of the area as a whole. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your service standards to better align with the expectations of your guests and the values associated with Msheireb Downtown

Spotlessly clean, staff so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has excellent facilities, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and a lovely pool area with cafe. Good restaurants to choose from plus rooftop bar with a view to die for. Comfortable luxury in a great location close to Souq Raqif, National Museum and Dhow boats. Metro less than 10mins away. We will definitely visit again, thank you for a memorable stay.
