Sejour magique!

C'était calme apaisant avec une vue imprenable sur la ligne de grattes ciel de Doha.Toute l'équipe a été aux petit soins ! Une mention speciale pour Ronald qui nous a suivi pendant tout le sejour, a toujours chercher a nous satisfaire et repondre a tous nos besoins et demande a la minute même c'était exceptionnel!

Publié le 23 août 2018 sur HotelsC est jamais pas mal d essayer ..mais l etablissement beneficie dune publicite a la limite de la propagande sans disposer des elements necessaire et suffisant pour etre un veritable resort..plage et piscine d un trois etoiles maximum..on comprend l interdiction de l alcool mais pas l absence du moindre moyen de divertissement la nuit..garder la chambre etait mieux...ceci dit le personnel etait pro et acceuillant

It was a great place to Stay, the service was second to none. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. Staff were amazing. The children loved the Kids club, which had soft play, cinema, Pool table, and many activities for all.
The Spa was one of the best i have used, Oud Siganature Massage was wow!
The restaurants on the island were ok 4-5/10. I did however, enjoy Al Nahham and Q lounge food. The downside is, if you have half or full board, you still have to pay for certain items on the menu with a discounted price and those items were the good items in my opinion.
The swimming pool isn't big and nor is the kids pool area. The kids pool area is very small, 10-15 kids and it will be full.
Overall i enjoyed the stay, the staff were amazing on the island from Yuni, Sachin the buggy drivers were all very freindly and caring.

Exceeded my expectations, the staff make the experience truly special. They were what made this trip so enjoyable and all members couldn’t do enough for you.
The food at the property was very good, we tried a few things but not the Italian restaurant and everything we had we enjoyed. Resorts can be very hit and miss when it comes to food but this was good for a resort.
Once the new adventure park is opened, the kids will enjoy this once even more.
Special mention to Kay at the Indian restaurant, she took her time to explain things through and dealt with dietary requirements in her stride!
Will definitely be looking to come back here.
