As we checked in late, the front desk asked if we want our room smoking, Which I replied NO, then he said I will upgrade you to an executive room, which we were pleased. Then we went to the room to find out as if some one was either still in this room, or they just forgot to clean it!
Then on our check out, I was told at 8:30 AM by the doorman, that no Valet personal available, they just gave me the key of my car, and asked me to go to the basement to find your car and then you can leave!! This was a first, as the hotel in total did not show any proof of being a 5 star Hotel, if I would have seen such a thing, I would have called it a 2 star and maximum a 3 star Hotel.
