We booked for 2. At least Mohamed in front desk refuse give a 2nde card because one his system was one person in the room but by Expedia 2!!!
When we arrive we booked a deluxe room with a very big bed. We receive a room with 2small bed (like sofa bed).
Very noisy, cleanning of room no good.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast options as well as variety of cuisine available from the other restaurants. You can go directly to the City Centre mall via the second floor which was a nice surprise; I brought the wrong cables to charge my devices but nipped out to buy the right ones within 10 minutes. There’s also a link to the Metro now from the mall so you can catch a train without going outside. The hotel is conveniently located, most of the things I wanted to do were a short Uber/Metro ride away. All staff were helpful and friendly from the door to reception, restaurants and the pool. Only thing to be mindful of is there is loud music from the poolside restaurant and the Aqua Lounge on the 7th and 8th floor. I was on the 9th floor so directly overlooking them, wasn’t too much of an issue though as I just put my headphones on and they seem to be done at midnight; I’m sure they would have moved me if I asked.
