Très bon hôtel sur Doha

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Pas de grande tour mais plein de petits bâtiments à un étage. Très propre. Grande chambre avec balcon, confortable et bonne literie. Personnel au petit soins. Grandes piscines chauffées et agréables. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. En bémol : la qualité de buffet pour dîner n'est pas dingue. Le prix des boissons alcoolisés au pool bar est prohibitif.

Magnifique établissement bien situé. Personnel très agréable, très souriant, très compétent. Propreté des lieux et notamment de la chambre Les lieux sont bien entretenus. Le seul bémol : le prix exorbitant des extras : Très mauvais rapport qualité- prix : une petite pizza surgelée > 25 euros, une barquette de frites congelé > 15 euros…. Si au moins les produits vendus étaient de bonne qualité, il s’agit de surgelés vendus très chers et ne justifient pas ces prix. Ce n’est jamais agréables de se sentir floués.

Sharq Village is a very special place, it does everything you'd expect from a 5* property, and does it very well. What sets it apart from anywhere else we've stayed is the staff. You get a sense that there is real harmony among the staff and that feeds into a great guest experience. Everyone we came into contact with deserves praise, and a special mention must go to the Lebanese lady who made fresh Saj bread for us every morning.

Amazing hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Close to a lot of the key sights in Qatar including the museums, souq Waqif, old port, west bay etc. only down side was the food options at lunch and dinner, I would say there is not as much available as you would expect at a hotel.

The resort is absolutely fantastic! Villas & rooms are next to all amenities & activities available such as the private beach, pools, restaurants, spa and the kids playroom. The staff everywhere is amazing and lives up to the legendary Ritz Carlton 5 star service known worldwide. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Bad services

Staff is incompetent about locations of restaurants, schedules of pools. The swimming pool works till 8 pm, beach is closed early, too. Restaurants are closed at 7 pm. In hot summer night absolutely nothing to do. City is far away. Descriptions of services do not correspond to reality.
