Un 4.5 étoiles. Manque le petit plus.

Il n'est pas normal que l'on répète 3 jours d'affilés avant une action. Nous avons réclamés car la poignet de la porte de la salle de bain était défectueuse et ne s'ouvrait plus de l'intérieur. De plus nous avons répétés à plusieurs reprises que l'on était 2 et qu'il nous fallait plus de serviettes. Le ménage à également était oubliez un jour. Enfin, pour ameliorer l'expérience il faudrait diversifier le petit déjeuner. Alterner les plats, les jus, les viennoiseries, les fruits selon les jour de la semaine. Il faudrait également un employé à la piscine qui donne les serviettes et prend d'éventuel commandes.
Ce sont seulement des remarques pour une amélioration futur. Je retournerais sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. Il y a un restaurant 24/24 au dernier étage et l'équipe est super sympathique.

Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt’s a nice hotel with very polite staff, they might have a nice breakfast but I didn’t tried that out. They could make a new gym with new things in it . Everything felt outdated unfortunately at the gym. I do think that the metro station is far away, I was taking Uber everywhere because of the heat you couldn’t walk everywhere. Otherwise the hotel is OK but they could renovate and make it better here and there ! Remember if you book this hotel the nearest metro station isn’t close by. It’s sad that they couldn’t offer any free shuttle to the metro station. Didn’t try the pool but it looked good. It’s a OK hotel but it misses something :)..
