The interior design has been carefully executed for comfort. Two bedrooms on each side of the property allow your group to have a restful and quiet sleep away from the main social area.

The right-hand side of the house showcases the main bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a king bed that can split into two singles for greater convenience.

On the left-hand side of the house, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the last room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. This area also has a second living area with a smart TV and plenty of board games for adults and children to enjoy.

The amazing ocean and mountain views are the star of this property. Its prime waterfront position lets you enjoy the stunning scenery from almost every corner of the house.

A stylish wood fire in the living room is available for guests from May to September, and a reverse heat pump keeps you warm all year round.

The designer lounge and dining table allow you to soak in the view thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows or watch a movie or your favourite program. Both smart TVs at the house come with Netflix and Kayo streaming services for an enhanced experience.

The chef’s well-designed kitchen offers fantastic ocean views to the front and back of the property, the secluded sand dunes of this property and the unique landscape of Dolphin Sands. Set for comfort, the kitchen offers all you need for an enjoyable culinary experience.

Enjoy a BBQ by the front balcony alongside the kitchen or sit and relax on the alfresco area, listening to nature and the ocean. This stunning property has a direct path to the beach at your doorstep, where you can immerse yourself in the white and secluded Dolphin Sands Beach. There is also an outdoor shower to allow extra convenience before entering the house after a walk on the beach or a day in the ocean.
