Excellent.
Publié le 15 août 2022 sur HotelsOur stay at Lledr House Hostel was great. We had everything we needed. Onsite parking was perfect for our family of 6. We didn't use the kitchen and dining room, but those were well equipped with everything that is necessary. It's in a quite rural location, clean and tidy. After a long day out having various adventures on a very hot day, I really enjoyed the double shower which was very clean and a pleasure to use. Would highly recommend and when we return to the area, will look to book it again.

The couple who run it are good people who do their best to keep everything in ship shape. They went out of their way to help me and I was impressed. The old house is not wheelchair accessible - you have to be able to climb stairs. The other guests are often middle-aged and many are quite introverted. Nothing wrong with that but if you're expecting a lively atmosphere or the kind of youth hostel experience from earlier days when people were excited to meet people from other places and enjoy some good humour, well, you might feel a little lonesome here as a solo traveler. That's okay if you're just looking for a pleasant place to eat and sleep. In that case, the Lledar house is a bargain compared to the multiple tourist traps and exclusionary rip-offs nearby.

Loveleh
Publié le 2 juin 2022 sur HotelsLovely place nestled in the Welsh hills. I wasn't sure about it from the pictures but it was lovely. It's one big house with the guests half separate. There's 3 big rooms on one floor then you go up and there's 6 more rooms. We got a cosy double and you get what you pay for but for the price it was excellent!
The showers and kitchen are really nice, there's 2 shower / toilets and a big shared kitchen. Then a big common area.

Great for a low budget holiday
Publié le 4 avr. 2022 sur HotelsWe booked fo a weekend get away. The facilities were great, and the bed was comfy. Better than I was expecting, as the price for a night was cheaper than other places.
We came to do the caverns at zipworld, perfect location at it was only a 10 minute drive. You do need a car, but that’s not surprising in North Wales.
Would visit again

Nice cheap hostel.
We stayed 4 nights in a small room with 2 bunk beds. Everyone was friendly, the dog was a bit unnerving (frightened and growling) and the Lledr river just over the road was perfect for paddling and playing.
We had to ask twice
