Hotel was rundown and dirty. The pictures paint a false picture of how the place really is. Elevator doesn't work, didn't provide breakfast, pool was GREEN. Hotel had a nasty stench. Will never stay there again. TV wasn't even hooked up, didn't have a remote at all.

Check in with the assumption of breakfast, pool and pets staying free like advertised. Was informed no breakfast, pool was drained and pets cost $25 per night. Had no choice but to stay due to reservation that night. We get to our room and as you walk in on the mirror in the entry way was a smashed bed bug, in the bathroom nothing but dead bugs and a living one swimming inside the toilet bowl. The shower/tub looks as if you better wear shoes while rinsing off, and the hot water lasted 5-10 mins at most… around every corner was dirt, bugs.. when I walked towards the bed and my shoes crunched I about had it. The fridge provided in the corner near the bathroom was broke, seal hanging out of it. Oh and when we walked to the room it’s freezing, then inside the room the temp was set at 60 degrees.. I flipped the bedding after I noticed that smashed bug on the mirror and indeed the bed closest to that mirror had blood stains, the bed nearest to the air unit was decent so we all slept on that bed. They only stock the double bed room with one towel and hand towel and wash cloth, you’d expect 2 beds maybe 4 of each but we got 1… please please please examine before settling… do not reserve because they do not give refunds, also there was a strong chemical smell, strong night that I woke up with a sore throat and dried skin… not worth the money in my opinion due to false advertising on this app and so unclean… The ONLY good thing about this stat was the pleasant employee that afternoon.

Bugs

Had to move rooms 3 times due to no working air . No tv in final room. Woke up in the middle if the night due to bugs in the bed room smelt of bug spray

Poor management

Horrible the rooms were nasty, seen roaches on the walls, bathroom was disgusting, look like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks the sink was stopped up with bugs in it ...
