The room was clean enough but in need of a deep clean and freshen up. The view of the racecourse was a bonus. All Staff really friendly and helpful! Great location for a day at the races!

Great hotel

2nd time staying here. Had a course view, lovely room. There were a couple of minor issues when I came into the room, but these were reported and resolved within 10mins, couldn't ask for more. Only issue I have is that it's 20.00 to park even when you're staying, which seems a bit steep

Fantastic customer service!!

Great customer service especially from the lady checking me in and the lady serving at the bar/restaurant. Both were very friendly, professional and helpful. The check was fast and the service at the bar/restaurant was excellent. The food was really nice as well. The room was large and comfortable but just a little bit noisy. I had a fantastic view of the racecourse. The hotel is in a great condition with a good car park and great location.

Definitely visit again

Magnificent room with full view over Doncaster racecourse. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Good location for a steady walk into the town centre. Great value for money.

Race trip and Stopover

Staff veey good and service spot on,rooms modern clean and tidy and great view of racecourse,had to park on land beyond the hard standing,which wasnt ideal,i will always quibble about parking charges athotels when you have paid £120 for a room.Very loud and leud woman in bar area ,took the sheen of our stay with some very strong fish and chip language over a disagreement on the choice of football on your screens.Not what you expect when trying to have a quiet drink after a lovely day at the races.Staff took the brunt of her anger,but did spoil our experience..And deserve credit for the way it was handled..Wasnt pleasant

Racecourse

Excellent hotel, well situated for the racecourse and Doncaster in general. Friendly staff on arrival, clean rooms with a racecourse view. Bar and restaurant were clean and welcoming, again with friendly staff. Would stay again.

Outstanding service and facilities

Deb on reception was outstanding and extremely helful and professional in all aspects. The service has been consistent in all areas. I was deligheted to speak with Jonathan a Manager in reception who listened to my positive feedback. A huge bonus for me was finding a Peloton bike in the workout room, I am informed that Hilton has an agreement with them (Peloton) across all Hotels. I will definately stay here again for either businesss or leisure, an amazing experience... Thank you

Car parking a mess [ why let everyone in when there's no space and then not let you out because the barrier is down and you need a code - should have had someone stationed outside] All staff really lovely and helpful across the site but John on desk was excellent and really helpful Hotel clean, excellent rooms and great location for racecourse .
