Everything was nice especially the front desk people. In our bathroom it would be better if there was a half partition to block the water when taking a shower. We got a lot of water on the floor and tub.

This hotel is next to a park that has some exercise equipments. We went for a walk before 6am and there were already quite a few locals out there. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big.

Great hotel if you are there for a short stay and Phang Nga tour. Close to train station, airport and the place was spotless. My room was spacious and beautiful. Thanh was very helpful at the restaurant and portion are huge and food was great

I've stayed at Rex Quang Binh Hotel twice. The first time was a nice experience. The room was clean, staff were friendly, surrounding area felt safe with restaurants within walking distance. The second time, the quality of staff and room was great. However, there was really loud music from a nearby restaurant/karaoke bar. I could hear people singing karaoke from my room until 11pm-midnight even with my headphones on. I stayed on a Monday in January... not sure if this is a one-off event or it happens every Monday. Overall a great stay minus the loud signing.

To start with all the staff were super friendly, accommodating n always had a smile on their face. We were upgraded to another room as we were on our honeymoon trip but the staff decorated another room for us, therefore the reception staff upgraded us to that room without any fuss. Even though it’s a newer hotel but it looked quite run down n not well maintained. Also the location is quite far from the downtown area where most of the action happens during evening n night i.e. cafes n restaurants. Overall, the stay was pleasant n comfortable

Had a great stay at the Rex. Big clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Nice pool upstairs and buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Would stay there again
