This was our very first experience renting a VRBO and needed something close to relatives and this fit the bill perfectly. The Loft was spacious,cozy, and very inviting. Struggled slightly bringing our father to visit from the rest home as he requires a wheelchair or walker to get around and there wasn’t a handicap accessible ramp, but we made it work and this would not hinder us from choosing to stay here again.

Best in Doniphan
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe loft was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a cleaner place. A 5 minute walk to shopping and a great Mexican restaurant and it’s upstairs from the best coffee shop in town.

Noisy

As the business downstairs was opening, we could also hear a gentleman in the office below sneezing as if he were in the same room as us.

I’m sorry you heard traffic. I don’t believe traffic and outside noise warrants a 3 star review especially when the listing description says you may hear people downstairs during business hours and you booked a Tuesday. We also worked with you to change your dates for you last minute. I’d imagine you’d hear the same cars at the hotels across the street as well. As for the sneezing I’ll hang some signs in the office that say that is unacceptable and unfair to one of our guests. LOL.

The Loft Experience

The air conditioner and ceiling fans maintained the temperature very comfortable. The location was easy to find and close to shopping. I would recommend putting a bath mat in the tub, due to it being very slippery when wet. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend The Loft as a very enjoyable place to stay. Look forward to our next visit!!

It’s Called The Loft
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen except no cutting board which made meal prep a challenge. Hard to judge value since I stayed during the 2024 spring eclipse, so room rates in Doniphan were 5-10 times higher than usual. Would recommend for our of town guests

It was clean. Super spacious and would be comfortable for multiple people. One of the beds is in the main living area.
Everything is furnished nicely.
Great parking.
We didn't cook so I can't review the supplies.
We did hear some noise from downstairs for just a little bit in the morning and at night we heard minor street noise, but it didn't bother us at all. The coffee shop downstairs isn't open on the weekends.
I can not imagine that there is a nicer place to stay in Doniphan, none of the motels look as nice as The Loft. I would 100% recommend a stay here.
