Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. In fact, when my other family members mentioned what I am now mentioning -- the managers and owners insulted my family members calling them rude and "entitled". Entitled? Yes, I do believe we 'are' entitled to receive proper cleaning service and being paid a level of respect. Especially when we all 'paid' up front. I am now bracing for the backlash from the managers and owners myself .. unfortunately.

We will no longer waste our time responding to you and your group. We have spent enough time responding to your group's negativity. If you feel the need to find every kind of review website and write all kinds of mean and hateful reviews, that is your prerogative. You and your group know how rude you all were.

Everything was great staff friendly just got to the place after 3 pm which was our check in time and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it to be ready and the bed was just hard could use better mattress. But overall it is a great place to be well kept good atmosphere.

This is convenient to Tamarack and surrounding area. Bed was a hard for my liking.

Great attitude of the employees we interacted with. Breakfast area comfortable and lovely. A home like atmosphere. Breakfast selection was nice and warmed easily and tasted fresh.

This is a good older hotel. Not big on amenities but has everything.

Nice property on the edge of town. It's nicely remodeled with wood floors. All the furniture is handmade wood, from logs. Clean, quiet and close to town.
