Pleasant experience with a minor disappointment
Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HotelsThe staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is from 6-9. I went down at 8:30. They were out of eggs, bacon, and whatever they had in the third warmer, so I was slightly disappointed. But the waffles were good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I tried to cancel my 4-night reservation when I found out the night before that I would owe an extra $28 per night per dog. They informed me that I had not called early enough that day to cancel and said they’d have to charge me for at least 1 night. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Ridiculous

Good afternoon. I actually responded to your message stating that you would need first floor due to having a pet. I also stated the pet policy in the message so that you would have a clear understanding before arriving. I sent the message at 12:21p, which was enough time to cancel your reservation then. It also states to call the hotel to verify any additional information if bringing a pet.

Kim was amazing checking us in We did have 1 hiccup. Kim tried to resolve. But as travel softball parents we understood and didn’t change room.

The lady at the front desk, (cannot remember her name) was seriously so sweet! Very patient with me with all the questions I asked. 10/10 on this hotel! The room was so clean! As soon as we walked in, you could smell how clean it was.

No daily services in room
Posted Jul. 14, 2024 on HotelsFrom Thursday to Sunday never had our room made up or new towels provided. Bathtub drained very slowly when showering. Puke remnants on the side of the one of the beds.
