My only issue was having to sit in the lobby for a few hours until my ride was able to pick me up, because of an ealier late check out policy, I get it but it was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise staff was really nice, It was clean. AND QUIET.

Thank you so much Dierdre for taking the time out to give us some great feedback and ratings. I did see that they had you down for a late checkout which the time was listed at 12. Our apologies on the miscommunication if you needed to try and extend on a late checkout.Although our policy states 11am,latest checkout is 12 noon.But for future reference if you are able to come back and stay with us again, please let us know ahead that you may need to extend the late arrival so that we can get proper management approval as well as make the proper adjustments to ensure you stay will be a welcoming one as well as your departure.Again we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced on your stay and we hope to see you again in comfort in the near future.Safe travels and Kind regards

We'll lets start with noisy room 1st floor there for four days didn't get room service until 4th day very unhappy didn't do the breakfast not attractive bad stay

Also, with our housekeeping services when booking we display an alert "To promote an uninterrupted stay, many Choice Hotels locations offer housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during longer stays. If you’d like more frequent housekeeping or additional towels, toiletries and linens, simply call the front desk." We apologize again if our front desk agents did not reiterate. My room floor was sticky and they gave me the same room I had when I was there in May

I loved the stay. The only issue that we had was the door. They key cards would not work. The owner really needs to update they key entry system.
