Staff was very helpful always and polite. Great customer service. Breakfast was good each day. Room was very comfortable and beds and pillows great as well.

Highway robbery

They up charged the rooms due to everyone evacuating. After paying almost $250 for a room I was checked in and the first room had not been cleaned from the night before and the room they gave me after that one was so dirty. There was something nasty leaking from the refrigerator and the shower had mold in it where it has pretty much never been cleaned. The house keeping was knocking and coming in our room at 9:30am even though the do not disturb sign was on. It's bad enough we are worried about having a home to go back to that we can't even begin to relax in the overpriced room. I made my toddler stay on the bed because I was worried he would get into something.

Room wasn’t clean. Staff didn’t even know if the room they were sending us to a clean vacant room. Bedding and carpet were damp, bathroom was terribly disgusting, and the couch had stains all over it. Will not stay again.

Was able to accommodate us comfortably in a hurricane and provided an extra day stay.

Awful

We were told that the room we booked wasn’t available, and the only king room they had left was handicap accessible. We walked in the room to find the air conditioner not working. It was VERY HOT. We finally got it on, but it made a VERY loud noise, similar to a lawnmower. Then, we realized that the television did not work. The little girl at front desk came up and tried wiggling the cord in the wall, saying it had a short. She also noticed the loud noise and asked if we wanted to move to another room. It was late at night and we were extremely tired, so we declined. Later, the toilet stopped up. I walked downstairs and asked for a plunger and the young lady did not have one and again apologized. In the middle of the night, the toilet went down, and my husband was able to get it to flush. The next morning, I realized I slept on a hotel pillow without a pillow case! Awful experience
