The carpet in the room was very dirty! Build up of dirt in non carpeted areas

Not the most attractive location or motel from outside but room was clean a d bed was comfortable.

Good basic motel. Cleaned every day. Ac worked, water was hot and sheets were clean.

The switch for the lights by the wash basin was worn out. you had to hold it to have lights. The outlet for the light next to the bed didn't work so you couldn't use the light. The door needs weatherstrip. Room 208

We booked this stay for some of our employees. We were there for some rehabilitation, construction work. My guys called me the next morning to express concerns about the cleanliness of everything. Said it was so bad they nearly slept in the trucks. Unfortunately our schedule changed and the job was not ready, I tried to cancel the hotel but was not able to as the stay had already started. So unfortunately we were stuck with the cost of a hotel that we honestly wouldn't have stayed in even if our job stayed on schedule. My guys called me to get them another place because they felt it was so bad.. and that is coming from Sewer Rehabilitation construction workers.

Well I really wish your employees would have talked to me personally. So they could have shown me what their complaints were exactly. Because this motel is an older property, I have to make sure it is clean. I take pride in my staff here. Plus they have been working very hard the past couple weeks to prepairing for the State Fair deep cleaning all the rooms so I find it hard to believe your employees statements. We get a lot of young workers here that get upset because they want to stay at the fancier hotels in town. So they will complain to their bosses to get moved. Because they just want the pools, hot tubs, breakfast and gym. I do not know that this is the case but without proof that is my perception of what occured here. When I looked at your workers rooms they were dirty for your guys staying the night but nothing out of the ordinary. I will stand by my housekeeping staff. However I did refund 4 of the nights for you when the 3rd party booking called. I hope you have a Blessed Day:)
