When we arrived at the hotel I was greeted and asked could he help me, told him we had reservations,he asked me for my id and checked me in, very polite and courteous

There was blood on the bedsheet and quilt. We complained to Windham and the owner called. She spoke to me so disrespectfully. She lied and said we left blood all over the room and had to pay housekeeping overtime to clean it. That was a lie. We even emptied our trash and bagged it up out of courtesy. I have photos to prove about the filth of the shower and bathroom floor as well as the blood stains. If need be I will submit them to you.

It was close to The Martin Center where we went for a concert, the price was decent, but there was no hot water in the morning to shower. There was hot water in the sink, but not the tub. I told the guy at the front desk, and he asked if we had turned the handle both ways. I asked him, so your handles are backwards? I asked for money back. He said he'd put $10 back on my credit card. We shall see.

i do apologized for inconvenience. i have put back 10 on your card. it might take few days to see it. I have went in that room to check right away. hot water was working well and handle was not backward. bottom right was hot and middle was mix and top right was cold. you can call front desk for help if anything. we always willing to help with any issue. Thank you for you feedback anyway.

i do apologized for any inconvenience but we had to spend more money to fix door handle that you broke than what we charged for the room. Thanks for you feedback and we will improve our service that this type of issue will not happen.

The rooms were unclean, really nasty, really dusty. Also really stink from cleaning materials. Only suitable for animals. While sitting in room you getting the feeling of nasty.

I do apologize that we did not meet your expectations. If you did not like the room, right away come to front desk so we can help you better. We do take this seriously so I will have meeting with renovation department manager and housekeeping head manager so we can take care of issues you mentioned. We want to make sure, each guests have positive experiences in future.

Ok but need some Upgrade

Been here before, just need to upgrade some things, like get those old chairs out of the rooms, look like they've been there since the 90's (stains) fixtures in bathroom falling apart, but it's minor stuff n maybe cause it's a small town, but new hotels r being put up, so they better get with it

It was a good stay, it was quiet, the employees were friendly. And it was clean, you could twll its been there for a little while, so it was in good shape.
