The nicest hotel I've found in Douglas. Warm welcome, well designed communal areas, great breakfast choice and warm comfortable rooms. The only minus was the odd placement of the TV, high up with a small screen.

If you choose this hotel make sure that you are booked in a room to the front of the property, otherwise you will get very little sleep. The back of the hotel is very noisy with extractor fans and kitchen radios blasting late at night and early morning. All windows are obscured with plastic and can only be opened a little to provide fresh air. However that only makes the noise worse! Otherwise it could be a great hotel!

Ideal for business with all the facilities I needed; helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating staff, good service and delicious food. No complaints!!!

Service lacking but nice hotel

Very nice hotel well located. Restaurant staff excellent really nice service dinner food okay. Breakfast really good. Reception team well some of them don't seem to care about service. Rarely at reception you have to wait for them to come out of their little room. A few of them condescending and not interested in offering better. Working up a few times by noisy workstaff at the back of the hotel. Apart from that a nice hotel and as I say some stuff very very helpful especially in the restaurant
