L’hôtel est situé le lieu très bien pour TT. Petit déjeuner façon Angleterre, c’était très bon aussi.

Great location, excellent friendly and very helpful staff. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Douglas.

Just stopped here for the 2nd time in 6 months (2 x 3 night trips) and the hotel is decent but the rooms feel a little dated and the gym slightly lacking. The hotel breakfast is brilliant and the staff are helpful, the location is perfect right next to restraunts and shops. House keeping was non-existent in the 3 nights i stopped here this time around. I dont mind using a towel for 3 days but my bin got a little smelly after 3 days. I would stop again as its decently priced and does the job.

Margaret on reception and Anthony the night manager really went out of there way to make our stay perfect. There was 2 other staff on reception that I can't recall there names but they were excellent too. Thank you so much and see you in April

Amazing girly week away

We had a wonderful time. All of the staff were so helpful and made sure our stay was out of this world. Yes the hotel needs some updating but they are starting to update the rooms 1 by 1. The swimming pool is in need of some tlc and we could not use the sauna or jacuzzi as they were locked and were not accessible. However the food was to die for and as I said the service was amazing and made up for the small downsides. Overall had a really good girly week away with my friend.

Great hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the Atrium rooms, it was great to have the balcony in such a lovely atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a very quiet fridge in the room with complimentary bottles of water. The Encore was a lovely bar and the food in the Bonsai was amazing, the best meal out ever for a vegetarian.

Excellent Stay

Excellent weeks stay . Good breakfast and lovely staff. All clean and tidy but don’t expect it to be brand new . It’s a vintage building with lots of quirks. Would recommend.
