Description:
The cottage is a charming ranch-style bungalow, boasting two bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor. Additionally, it offers two living rooms, each with a cozy fireplace and equipped with satellite TV, creating perfect spots for relaxation.
The open kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, creating a welcoming space for meals and gatherings.
On the lower level, you'll discover three more bedrooms, two of which come with their own en-suite bathrooms. A convenient walkout leads to the car park area and the enormous backyard.
Both sides of the cottage feature expansive decks furnished with patio furniture, and as an added bonus, you'll have your very own private boat launch!
The large dock extends 48 feet into the water, and the shoreline offers a gradual, sandy, and clay entry, a small area to the side of the dock is maintained by the owners. Beyond that area, the lakebed transitions to a soft bottom with aquatic vegetation.
For a quick lake adventure, grab a paddle or kayak and head to "Indian Island," a beloved destination for swimming. If you prefer a sandy beach, Quarry Bay Beach is just a short 5-minute drive away. Plus, there's a generously sized campfire area near the dock, perfect for evenings filled with stories and s'mores under the stars!
