We were met by one of the owners when we arrived. He was lovely and personable. He showed us the property, where to park, and we were able to settle into our room. The room had everything you might need. The room was a bit small, but that’s an issue of preference. There wasn’t anything wrong with the space, just wanted a bit more of it. *Excellent* water pressure in the shower. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The bed might have been too squishy for our preference, but again- it’s a preference and not anything “wrong” with it. Thankfully the weekend was cool enough that the temperature was a non-issue, although there was a small AC in the window. We will certainly stay again!

We are glad you had a good time, and we look forward to hosting you again. I would suggest that you check out rooms #1 & #2 on our we site. They are bigger rooms with a king size bed:) Rm#3 is our smallest room. If you want to supersize check out our 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Cottage Building!

Owner was nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower has plenty of pressure.

We had a very comfortable bed in a nice room. Our own entrance near parking.
The breakfasts were AWESOME!!!

Everything was great but the mattress was way too soft. My wife and I would stay there the next time but with a more firm mattress.

This place was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom extremely clean. Shampoo, shower gel and lotion were provided. Cookies and bottled water were provided upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Also in the room was a Keurig coffee maker with Dunkin K-cups. Great location.
On the mildly negative side, the TV was on the wall 90-degrees to the side of the bed instead of in front of the bed, which made watching a challenge. If you like to watch TV before bed, this may not be the right choice for you.
The AC was a little noisy but tolerable. And I would have preferred conditioner to shower gel, as shampoo can serve double duty, especially when soap is also offered.
Otherwise a lovely stay.

We are glad you found the bed comfortable and appreciated the cleanliness of your room:) We are sorry you were not pleased with the location of the tv—I guess we assume that most folks will relax in the upholstered chairs when watching tv:)

Hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very quiet and clean. The only drawback was the reservation was for only 6 nights and I had requested 7. This was a business trip so that left us in a bit of a bind.
