Hôtel magnifique face à la mer. Accueil excellent à l’arrivée, chambre et salle de bain très bien rénovées, propre et spacieuse. Très bon restaurant à l’hôtel et dans les environs. J’y retournerais pour de longues vacances.

The hotel staff Hashich and Ravi were most helpful. However, the building is very old and it shows. Standard room is very small and everything from passageways, lifts and toilets are cramp. We felt claustrophobic whenever we return to the hotel room. We found cobwebs and insects on the ceiling. The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to the trails to white cliffs of Dover and St. James Retail Park.

Lobby and dining areas way too small for the size of the property and only one elevator.

We had a lovely stay, we stayed a night before our Curise, it was very close to Curise ship port. Beautiful area, close to shopping area all in walking distance. If travelling for a curise, book a taxi the night before because the day of curise the availability of taxi was limited and no Uber. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
