Great little stay, recommended.

Location is easy to find, close by a good retail park and ten minutes walk to the seafront.
Room was very small with a small chair, but the bed was comfortable with nice bedding and everything was spotlessly clean. Windows opened fully which was nice, there was a fan provided but no air conditioning.
After a good nights sleep shower was good with shampoo and conditioner provided. Yes coffee and kettle also on hand.
Breakfast was superb and quickly served as I needed to leave early.
Overall a very comfortable stay and recommended

The staff was wonderful! Our room was quaint and cozy. The breakfast was great. We hope to visit again soon!

Not very welcome the bed was like sleeping on bricks and told to leave by 10am even though we were the only guests there. But the breakfast was fantastic

Am not sure why you felt we were unwelcoming, you arrived at lunchtime and we graciously checked you in early, and 10am is our check out time which is stated on your confirmation and our web page. As to the bed comfort the person who stayed the night before gave a 10/10. We were also very busy on the night you stayed so not sure why you thought you were the only guests. Perhaps you have confused your stay with us with another place. But thank you for taking time to review
